Courtyard by Marriott Hotel

Using Fully-Adhered EPDM and Ballasted EPDM roof systems, the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel allowed us to showcase our work in the heart of downtown Holland. The Courtyard highlights Holland Ready Roofing's unique Sheet Metal Fabrication Division, which created custom-designed elements to problem-solve the details on the various facets of the structure.

Big Dutchman

HRR completed a retrofit roof system for Big Dutchman, a leading manufacturer of poultry and livestock equipment. In this retrofit, we installed a Fully-Adhered EPDM membrane system directly over the existing pre-engineered metal roof. By adding a membrane roof system rather than removing and reinstalling a metal roof, we were able to provide increased R-value with NO manufacturing downtime and better cost-effectiveness.
